About
Pokadotte

Alicia is a Metis, Chinese and Scottish woman from Scarborough, ON - the Treaty Lands and Territory of the Mississauga's of the Credit.

Alicia is a self-taught bead worker and loves teaching her sisters how to create their own pieces too! Alicia creates pieces with many mediums including Indigenous-sourced fur, caribou antlers and crystal stones, which you can find on the @Pokadotte Instagram feed. You'll find an abundance of variety - from long fringe work pieces to beautifully crafted beaded gem studs.

Alicia began Pokadotte in 2021 and has sold 200 earrings since!

Alicia hopes to hold a workshop this year as she believes in passing on her knowledge, as she has already done by beginning to teach her sisters.

Be sure to follow Alicia @Pokadotte and her sister @ja.c2301.

Say aaniin to Alicia! Our very first collaboration for our our business!

It truly is medicine.
