Final sale policy
All sales are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase—size, colour, and product details—so you’re sure it’s exactly what you want. If you have any questions about a product before buying, reach out to info@aaniin.shop and we’ll help.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, contact us at info@aaniin.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and, where possible, make it right. Approval is not guaranteed; each case is reviewed individually.
Exceptions
Although all purchases are final sale, we will still review manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors on a case-by-case basis. This does not create a general right to return or exchange, but we want to try to correct clear errors when they happen.
European Union 14‑day cooling‑off period
If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, EU consumer law provides a 14‑day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, allowing consumers to cancel within 14 days without giving a reason.
We will comply with this requirement where applicable, provided the items meet any conditions set by law.
